Yikes! Back and forth. Looks like the deficit is starting to pay off. Lots to say... no time. No weight log tomorrow as I'm out of town again. The 'little woman' is coming with me this time. She's already figured out her itinerary while I'm at the course. Let's just say she's taking her bears spray.

Have a good day everyone. I may be on from time to time since I'm writing reports (still) and I may be on this evening for a bit just to touch base. Funny that this site has become a point of relaxation for me.

I can believe you, Puhpine, I am terrible about getting engrossed in whatever I'm reading, writing or researching and just NOT sleeping (as if morning is not coming)! I've read a lot of places that people who tend to not eat/sleep at regular intervals are generally overweight!:shock:
