Another very tough week for weight loss.
Maxed out the calories nearly every day this week with large meals.
(Didn't expect a loss!)
But it was enough to get me into the 220's!

Erika...Thanks for the congrats! Winter difficulty's took me by surprise after doing so well all summer/fall. Seems like a whole different challenge now. Lovin' the winter foods, but can't expect weekly losses if I do... ⚖️📉📈🤔🍽️📈

Shrewdness... Thank you! I know a loss won't always happen for me when I'm maxing out the calories, but I just happened to get lucky this time, both as a loss, and in the timing of it to get me into the 220 club! 😂

Crystal.. ya, it felt good.. 'lil scared now cuz it's so close to 230 and I've overeaten one day already and foresee a few more coming up ahead... Winter foods and some special meals are hitting me hard! ⚖️📉📈🤔
