Yes! I'm still movin' on down! I was so good yesterday! working out and everything! Yaya! My hubby apologized for his being insensitive yesterday and said he'll try harder to help out and stuff, so we'll see. I'd likely suffocate if I held my breath, in my life. So anyway we where in the store the other day and there is one of those blood pressure things there and my hubby tried it as he often does, and after being at school for so long, found he seems to be in the high pressure range. Its not way over for his age being in his early 40's but there is heart disease in his family that took his grandpa unexpectedly early. He's was only a baby. So he is on board with getting healthier and I told him I'll settle for a six pack! Though in all the years I've known him he's never had one. He does like to brag that he did at one point happen to be very 'buildt' lol! Here's to hoping I guess! I think that the effort will be half the battle and if all goes well we'll both get skinnier!
