It's been nearly 6 weeks since my husband passed away. I've still not been dieting, but let's just say I don't have much of an appetite. I have two wonderful sons who are excellent cooks and they try to coax me whenever they have time with their wonderful food. Last night my youngest made Bison sliders with amazing fixings. I did really enjoy it, although it was a small portion. I am not losing that much weight, and soon I think I will have to become serious about my diet if I want to continue to lose. I hope to buy a road bike this week to supplement my jogging. I also hope to start back on weights again this week. I have been trying to do yoga as often as possible as I find it very healing.
