Thanks, Brigit 😊 I don't know if I'm to frustrated stage. I know I keep taking steps to make my health better, which is a higher priority for me than weight. I do probably need to up my game a bit, though

The warmer weather usually brings more activity. If you love the outdoors time will fly by and you won't even notice the extra exercise.

I do love the outdoors. Ski season is winding down for us right now, but we'll be hiking and mountain biking soon. I do need to start getting exercise other than when we go out in the woods, so that's why I want to start jogging
