Not feeling very upbeat today. Can't seem to get motivated. I haven't lost any weight in weeks.

We can pick up the dog's ashes today. Have gathered all dog food, treats, and other paraphernalia to take to the Humane Society.

Another sign of spring---heard the first meadow lark of the year! Love that sound.

Hang in there. The loss of a furry family member is tough. My angel Echo passed in November. Her ashes still guard the front door. Try taking the pup for a walk in your heart. You get out for a walk and have a special time to think about your times together.
