I am on a diet that Rachael my dietitian gave me. where as I eat protein with every snack and meal. At the beginning I was suppose to eat only 60 grams of carbs, needless to say that stressed me out. I've always tried to keep to a diet and when I fell off the wagon, I would say "that's just practice I'll do better tomorrow". Well I fell off the wagon yesterday and I'm right back on today. So far so good.
