Still cutting (more so eating at maintenance to be honest), however i will sacrifice going over my calorie limit to reach my phone protein goal (>100g) unless it is practically impossible that day. I’ve been doing a pretty good job at eating enough protein which really helps my overall macros.

If I may ask … why such a high protein goal? Keto? Or working out a lot? If I get to 75g/day I am thrilled with that!

I go to the gym frequently, so I wanna make sure I eat enough protein so I can keep gaining muscle even without bulking.
