Same weight I was yesterday morning, was hoping for a little less but probably had more salt in what I ate yesterday than usual. Making slow but steady progress in losing at least.
My wife left this morning for a one day mission trip to Altoona PA, then on this evening to visit her family in Buffalo NY. It'll be good for her to see the family, and the newest grandson - we saw him once just after he was born in June. Hopefully her knee will be OK with all the driving and activity and she has safe travels.
I'm almost done with the first week of set-up in schools, same drill next week and then a week and a half to resolve issues and finish getting equipment and data ready for the new school year. Lots to do but it's job security so a good thing.
