The only think I am doing is managing my stress with food. Junk food. Lots of it too. Is it helping, absolutely not. It is just making this cycle of depression worse. We had no dvd remote so I couldnt do my workouts, we moved half way across the country and I havent rejoined a gym yet, money is tight. I hate this! Lets try again

This week's goals

1. no candy
2. no eating after 7:30
3. exercise in some form every day.
4. nightly walks.
5. only eat out on Saturday(only because I have reservations with friends already planned)
6. When eating out dont indulge.
7. 1500 cals or less each day!

Try for 5lbs this week but more than anything just be fit.
