Totally not following south beach now for most of the summer. I'll go a day or two and then just fall off the wagon. the scale has definatly shown how poorly I'm doing. I feel it in my clothes, and especially my bathing suit. It just hasn't been my season, I guess! When I go back to work in September and have to put on dress clothes... it will really hit me!
