It does feel better getting those lbs a bit lower. Been trying to eat better that's for sure. I appreciate the support. It's been a while since I've been on. Work is a bit hectic as usual, but I try to make time to at least log my food when I am able to.

Also just got the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. I'm looking forward to getting some workouts in using it. It now tells me to move every hour, I think I already hate my new watch LOL! Tells me to move, I'm sitting on the side of the freeway in the rain, that's a big NOPE! for me Mr. Watch.
