what can I say... I had a triple sleepover to end the summer holidays and it shows :( I had a lot of fun though and that is more important than my dieting right?
also I have to start focusing a bit more on school and a bit less on food now, I'll still try to eat healthy when I'm not at sleepovers but since I've started dieting I kind of think about food all day and that is not very life fulfilling and it also makes me slightly anorexic sometimes and I really don't want to go down that road so I'll just take it easy from now on, I'm just a teenager there is more important stuff that dieting in my life and I'm not anywhere near obese and don't have any health issues to do with my weight so yeah, I'll just see how it goes :)
