Meant to post this yesterday....
212.0lbs. 0.4lb loss in nineteen days. Dr. visit weigh in, w/sneakers & shirt on. Still being active around the house doing projects daily, having sensible breakfasts & lunches are the main factors helping me keep from gaining, even if I'm not loosing very much weight lately. l find that keeping busy is the best thing ever for a healthier attitude! Portion control during supper is still an issue, and probably always will be, but I do make at least a minor effort towards that goal. Bedtime snacks of ice cream as well as summertime cocktails aren't helping. Weekly food fests at my Mom's while trying to put lbs on her are an ongoing challenge to my own efforts for loss, but are an acceptable cost in my battle. Still hoping for more losses, albeit very slow gains in that direction lately! Never stop fighting till the fight is done! ⚖️📉🗓️... 🥊👍😊
