Up before the sun this morning with no alarm! Decided to walk the block, which I figured out was about 1000 steps all the way around. I was going to walk a 2nd lap, but my shoulders were killing me, so I came inside and stretched them all out. Still not super happy, but they feel better. I might go get another lap in before the sun gets up over the trees. Currently its 78 degrees but feels like 87 with the humidity. -_- So ready for some cooler weather.
The scale was down again today! 27lbs gone! Really feeling good.
Things to do today: Pick the oldest kid up from her friend's house, groceries, laundry, housework. Mostly just those things.
