Starting all over again. slowly gained all the weight I had lost prior to the hip surgery. Now it's time for the Left knee replacement. My wonderful surgeon had an accident over the summer, and is not doing surgery yet. I'm thinking the knee will be done sometime next spring. Gives me time to get the weight back off, and some extra. Just got a steroid injection yesterday, which has helped with mobility. I have to wait for the approval for the sinovial injection. That will also help until the spring, I hope!! I'm thinking about trying vegetarian meals through the week and meat meals for the weekend. Have a great day!
