The Scale: Down 2lb this week, which is great! I think I have finnaly figured out what my macros and calorie defict should be. Plus, I have been getting in 3-4 miles of walking (almost) everyday. Some days I only have time for 2.
NSV: My shorts fell down! That may not sound like something good, but when I took off on my journey of health I was sick and fat. I could only fit into 5 pairs of shorts. 4 of them were stretchy exercise shorts that were super tight, and the other was a very big 22, but was actually a 24. A couple of days ago, just out of habit I grabbed the big shorts. They were very loose on me, but I just went with it. As I was getting things done in the kitchen, I had to reach and grab sunbathing from up high, and, bam, down they came. I'm glad no one was up yet and the blinds weren't open yet, too. So the only pair of jean shorts I could fit into 3 months ago, now falls right off if I move just right. I'm pretty happy about that.
