223 lbs this morning, a new low. I was over my planned 1400 calories yesterday but still under my RDI, due mainly to the delicious portabellas stuffed with turkey, spinach, and lowfat feta cheese that was dinner. Yum, there's some filling left over so going to do it again tonight. Another 16:8 IF today and will eat within my RDI. IF is working amazingly well. TGIF, have a great day.
