I can't change yesterday's "100%" but I had done 100% up until that dumb bag of animal crackers...oh well. New day. Fresh start. And I definitely feel the difference in how I feel after that. I felt better without the wheat/processed carbs/sugar. Maybe I can remember that feeling next time something stares at me? Oh well. Onward.
