When I came home I was totally exhausted. Ate dinner at 5 and asleep by 6. I am only getting few hours of sleep and waking around 2-3 every morning and can't get back to sleep. Think I need another B-12 injection. Pleased with the diet progress, of course I would like it all off now but....
