Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….
Just got a start on resistance band workouts…even added 10 pond more belt to the 50… and shoulder blade was happy with it…definitely tell the difference in 10 pond add on…but ready to go back up…50 was to easy..had to do way to many reps with lighter band…ready to improve again…
I’m learning all over once again..what I can..and can’t have in my food menu…some carbs don’t bother me..others add the weight back on…my body gets use to breaking food down differently then shat it once did…no mistakes on this journey….just lessons…still learning each meal…
I have same day surgery on Friday…so have been told to stop all supplements…I can tell the difference when I’m off my vitamins..or other stuff…but just till after Friday..sister booked 2 rooms to stay in night before…she can’t see to frites after dark..and the sun doesn’t come up till 6am now…so thought it would be better for us both…I’m suppose to first into surgery…but that was a week ago….be a longer fast that day for sure…and hoping I’m out of it on ride home…44 mile ride…just not thinking about any of it..
Well..time is passing..get back to my workout before breakfast….

Good morning! It is Sunday, my fave day. Not a lot on my agenda as you know.☕️☕️ Glad your shoulder is doing well with your workout change up.👍 I was wondering when your surgery was coming up. Knew it got changed to October. Good idea your sister got the rooms. I think that will be helpful. All will go well! The trip will be tiring but just rest it out when you get home and don’t do much til your body says. Not what your brain wants to do. Lol Have a great day!:)

Lol….navy…on resting…but may have to just take time off to recover..whether I want to or not…my body will tell me when it’s recovered…better then my whoop….
