I have a question, they say you should reward yourself every month if you accomplished your goal (mine is weight-loss) but it SHOULD NOT be food, you shouldn't be rewarding yourself with a chocolate for example... What do you guys reward yourself with at the end of the month?

i make video diaries of my journey. then once in a while i male coffee and watch bits of it. it helped me love and encourage myself more. i realised that self love was a necessary part of my weight loss. it really helps le reflect and u enjoy seeing where i have come from.

I've seen a friend of mine buying herself nice shoes and handbags. I guess you can get yourself a nice lipstick or perfume you never used before but love.🌻💞
