I've been doing my squats and planks and today I actually went on a hike for the first time in about three weeks. It felt good to be out and I decided to leave my cell phone at home this time. That was a good idea. Eating was really good today, hopefully I can fully get that back under control in the next day or so. Really, it helps me if I log everything I put in my mouth, without that I eat recklessly.
