Back in the desired direction. Had a great weight lifting work out this afternoon. Finally getting back to feeling myself after a bout of COVID at the beginning of September. I had been recording everything that I ate and drank for months but have fallen out of the habit while I was sick. and I'm going to trust what I've been doing up until now, as far as recognizing what I'm eating and how much and take a break from tracking. If the scale gives me feedback that says that's not a great plan, I'll get back on the tracking train.
