Good drop but not the way to lose. I didn’t eat all day because I was sick so when I start eating normally, I will gain. Life. Feeling better today but still no lunch or breakfast. I got my protein drink down so that’s good. I’ll be fine later today I believe.

I was terribly stomach sick for a good 5-6 days not long ago. Think mine was food poisoning. Not fun!! I feel your pain! Feel better soon!

Thank you all so much! @StormsGirl if you got sick within a hour or two, you definitely had food poisoning. I hate that I had a bad outcome after taking my Covid booster. I’m fine today and protected! A lot of people argue against it, but I take mine always. My kids got shots. It’s just it contained the variants and nan, I hood I never get Covid ! My daughter and granddaughter both got it in the same small house. I didn’t. I’ll keep getting boosters. Thanks again all! You guys rock! 🌻🌷🌺🌈
