I have done that many times - ice cream being the trigger, (and I have a fondness for beer myself) - just get back on the wagon. You haven't undone the 20+ lbs. you already lost. Just took a minor detour is all. Get yourself up, dust yourself off and continue onward! Try the lightest beer you can find and try to indulge maybe once a month for now - maybe not at all if it is that much of a trigger at this point. The first step is to forgive yourself - you are human - it happens to all of us.
