Alright. Life got rather distracting. I started a new career, and it began to feel like too much effort to keep doing my diet.
I'm starting again. This time, I'm going to do something simple for my workdays - diet shakes and small snacks. Weekends will include big, low calorie salads with lunch and dinner.
I also began a
30-day ab challenge yesterday. It's 3 days of exercise and one day off, slowly ramping up the amount of each exercise. I have a car now, so I also really need to start going to the gym again (I have no excuse now). There are zumba classes on Monday-Wednesday that I can make it to and still have time to change for work. I think I'll try to go to the Wednesday one this week, if not the Tuesday one.
Edit: Here's the
coccyx balance exercise I mentioned. I just do the up and lower motion for the challenge, but I plan to do the full routine (beyond what is in that video) again once I complete the challenge. It's fantastic for strengthening the trans-abdominus. Modern dance exercises are brutal and wonderful.
