ugh. i suck at dieting. +0.6lbs for the week. not to rationalize, because clearly i threw my diet out the window on saturday, but my last two weigh ins can't exactly be compared apples to apples. last week, i weighed in first thing in the am on an empty stomach in a sun dress. this week, i weighed in at 5:30pm in jeans. oh well, it is what it is. it just means have to regain focus for this coming week.
on the up side: i introduced a pair of friends to spaghetti squash last night, and they loved it. [recipe: http://www.recipezaar.com/Spaghetti-Squash-With-Parmesan-Cheese-11796 -- i substituted brummel & brown yogurt spread for butter]. both friends said that they'd have it again in place of pasta... and i don't think they were just being courteous.
my walk this morning was cold enough to wear a hoodie. fall is here!

That is one reason why I always weigh-in in the morning wearing nothing but boxers lol... dont want those damn closes clouding the weight lol

personally, i hate my home scale. a) i'm not sure it's accurate and b) i've found that i can look at the numbers on it increase and just be like, "meh, i went up 0.6" ... but when someone else actually tells you that you gained, it's pretty mortifying. lol.
i usually go to the same ww meeting every week... so timing isn't typically an issue. but the shift to fall / winter clothes is definitely bound to skew things a smidge. guess that means i just get to take benefit of losing those jeans in the spring. ;)

yes you do... :) I personally love the fall and winter months I have much nicer winter clothes than summer clothes.. :)
