I haven't gone back to recording everthing I eat, but about a week or more ago I implemented a strategy/restriction: I will only allow myself to take in calories 5 times a day or less. So far this seems to make me be more planfull and I have avoided the after dinner mindless feeding that would often sabatoge a good day's intake. The weighing ever third day, implemented a couple of months ago, is helpful because it gives me more timely feedback without, what seems to me a bit obcessive, a daily weight in. My plan is to evaluate in the end of Feb to see if this will work to get me moving towards my weight goal or if not what more do I need to do? That would probably mean add back in the tracking everything.
