If you want to continue to walk on this foot be sure to Ice it for at least 15 mins when you are done. Also make sure your shoes are laced up tight to support the ankle and foot. I always always sprain my ankle and I have foot problems too. iceing really does help. Other wise you need to rest it for a couple of weeks if it really continues to hurt. No pain no gain doesn't mean walking on an injured foot sweetie. Please be careful with the rest of your ankle and leg to make sure you aren't walking funny to compensate for the pain in your foot. YEAH 2 pounds!!!!!!
