Alright, I've not been "doing the right thing." At least I enjoyed every single bite that I put into my mouth since my last weigh in. LOL...I gotta find something to laugh about because me weight sure isn't one haha. Ok, will tell self to "do better" starting now. LOL...see how long I can keep that one up. My motivation is like a roller coaster. Some day's I convince myself I can finish the ride and other times it looks like I'll be on the coaster forever!!!!!
