This week has been a challenge, all mental. I basically gave this week back on a silver platter but I'm down 4 lbs overall so I'll take that and make it better for next month. I have excuses but none of them are awesome so I'll just keep them to myself since they don't really matter lol.
This week's goals: get the water intake back to what it needs to be, eat clean (thank God the fruit snacks are gone!), get outside every day even if for only 10 minutes, and PASS MY FREAKIN MATH TEST with at least an 80 (preferably 95+).
Next weekend is the grandbaby's birthday so I'll have to be careful there and leading up to it. I'm supposed to help with making the goodies so as long as I don't taste, I'll be ok lol.
