Hanging in there. weight is steady. Went to the neighbors crab/shrimp feast last night. Had a few drinks, but made pretty good choices in the food I think. could have been worse! I'll take that meal as my splurge for the week! Hope to lose a few this week!

Congrats on holding steady. I think sometimes that it takes a few days for the diet to "kick in" - at least for me - then the scale starts showing results. Good luck this week!
