I'm not pleased with the weight gain -- I was on vacation for two weeks and wasn't able to stay in a calorie deficit for the month for the first time since I began strictly tracking intake and exercise in March and doing a monthly weight in. What I am pleased with is the accuracy of the Fat Secret App. For the month of June I show a calorie surplus of 8467 calories and the scale says I gained 3 pounds. The weights I recorded on April, May, and June 1st all roughly correlated to the total calorie deficit for the prior months, using 3500 calorie per pound as a bench mark. I need to get back to my healthy eating habits to meet my goal of getting back under 200 lbs. I broke my big toe on my left foot so that will slow me down a bit but it seems to be healing quickly. I need to make July a deficit month starting today.
