As expected, not a huge loss this week. In fact, I attribute any loss to yesterday's lack of being able to keep anything down. Most of this past week it looked as though I'd have a gain, which would have been understandable since last week's weigh in was on the high side of loss. So I'll take that 0.2 and be quite content.
