Improving :-) I'm not doing any weights for a time, seeing how my body gets on. It might be it's just too much asking my body to build muscle and lose weight at the same time. Or, it might be Carb Nite's beginning to work the way it should. I have my 3rd coming up on Tuesday and I hope I'm better prepared for it than the last two, we learn as we go.
