OK, continue to 'build' one day on the next, and next & tomorrow! 2 days on WOE and I'm doing good. I must admit it has not been easy but I keep that "BUILD ON" mindset and I think that will help me keep on keeping on! The big test will be the 'snacks' that show up at the different places I go. I have a class tonight and they have the 'snacks' I can't have, so I am planning on eating my strawberries & yogurt before class. I can't really bring those into class with me. Also this weekend I am doing work, where they also provide the same type of no-no snacks. Again I will bring my woe food in a small cooler to help keep me in check. Only thing there is 'my' foods are not as easy to grab & eat while I watch ALL them eat the small bags of chips, cheddar fish, crackers, nuts, cookies, which are all in ready to eat or rather in my case DEVOUR! I will just have to be strong & know each bag I resist keeps me going to my goal and is what is best for ME! I need to stay true to ME and keep 'building' myself and not my waistline & hips LOL
