Hi Mary-Helena! There was 3 days in the past 2 weeks that I just took a "break", had a chocolate craving like there was no tomorrow...so after that I was trying to get were I was but only ended up with 0,3kg exstra. The "diet" itself is not that hard, I just get tried of COUNTING and WEIGHING everything. Planning to jog this week and then I will have a way better result by Sunday. Sundays are EVIL, when it gets to eating but yesterday I counted everything like I never do.
