DRL5 Günlüğü, 30 Mar 15

This was a tough week for me as far as exercise goes. I have the food part pretty well under control. I have not been craving the sugar or chocolate -- Yayyyyy! I really need to focus on making time for exercise. Mornings are not really an option, so after work or after dinner are pretty much all I have. I wish the weather would warm up so I could get outside. The sunshine always motivates me. Maybe another week or so and the sun will start to shine! Thank you all for your support and ideas during this week! It's good to know that you are all there for me! I hope I am able to support you all in the same way! Together we will all finish week 12 a little "lighter" :)
