what are your thoughts about the incorporation of saturated fats and cholesterol with moderate to high exercise for the repair of the melanin sheath? I ran across some research and I'll have to find the doctor that I was listening to at the time that was talking about how the body uses saturated fat and cholesterol when and combination with high exercise to repair the melanin and sheath that in cases nerves that are damaged in autoimmune diseases. granted these were all research studies that were performed in rats and mice but they're quite a few of them and they were large-based studies whereas most of the other studies that have been performed on food based diets have been very small studies and have been performed on average 50 years ago. or were performed in anecdotally by the researchers and question themselves. I found this to be very provocative and interesting because most researchers have always counseled against the ingestion of saturated fat by those individuals who offer some suffer from autoimmune diseases but I have found a large group of individuals who benefit from healthy fats that also include saturated fats I'll be at not in huge amounts myself included. For example when I went on a very low fat diet I had extreme issues with fatigue and healing deficits. When I added more healthy fats back to my diet those issues significantly diminished at least in my case. What's your thoughts/opinion 💭🧐? Eventually I hope that I can get a referral to a registered dietitian, but at this time I haven't really found any doctors that will talk to me they have any experience or knowledge to really give me a definitive answer one way or another although they have the credentials to talk about autoimmune diseases.
