DRL5 Günlüğü, 06 Nis 15

Well I was doing fine until the holiday weekend. I made bad food choices. But thank you to all of you for supporting me with your awesome tips! On a positive note, I exercised three times on the treadmill and on Sunday I got my husband to drive with me to a park where we walked the paths for 4 miles! It took a long time and I was nearly dying in addition to needing to urgently find a restroom, but in the end I was very proud of doing it! Also glad to have my hubby's support, as he is usually not much help in these matters! I did not lose any weight this week but I know I would have gained if I had not exercised! Looking forward to seeing less of me next week! Good luck to you all!

That's great your husband joined you! I love your motivation and mindset. Yeah, eating cleaner should get you there.
