Woohoooo, made it into the 150's with a bang. I have lost 36.2 lbs total. I am so excited. I am also now part way to my next goal of 155 lbs. This is where I usually have a slow down in my weight loss so my patience will be tested. But I know I can do this.

This past weekend was not easy as we had a four day weekend and we were at our cottage. I know I ate too much but I did get more exercise. On the third day I caved and got a scale for the cottage. I am a "weight yourself every day kind of gal" as it keeps me on track. I really thought I had blown having any weight loss this week because of this past weekend but obviously not.

My next test is tomorrow evening. We are having our 5 year old niece and nephew over a puzzle pizza party. Obviously there will be pizza and I am making a cookie "pizza" for dessert which they will be able to decorate. I have a plan of having one small slice of each with a salad to go with the pizza. I am just waiting to see if I have the will power. I can do this!
