Hello, kinda new here. I've been on this weight loss journey for about 14yrs now. I've had great success and big set backs. I started at 350 and am currently 189. 14lbs to my goal weight. Pretty excited that I'm finally closing in on it. I've tried various eating plans over the years. Been doing keto the last three years and have really enjoyed learning new ways of cooking food.
