Yayy!! Even though I overate two weeks ago, slow and steady wins the race. Instead of drastically fasting 4 days in a row after my mess up week, I got back on course and just lowered my calories a bit daily and it paid off! This was a much kinder course of action to my body. That got me right back where I needed to be.
