I'm trying to really hard to eat the first place and have anything be remotely healthy. Having an eating disorder is stupid. But im so happy you are all here. I feel so much less alone trying to tackle this beast with you here.

Focus on small step like eating more regularly trying not to overly focus on the food just getting it down. Then start another step little bits at a time. 😊 You can do this!

I don't mean to pry, Supermodel, but I'm trying to understand so that I might could offer some (maybe unwanted) advice. Do you struggle to to eat period, or just with more natural foods?

Zenus warrior princess- I suffer from Avoidiant/restrictive food intake disorder. I have a phobia of food. I also have anorexic tendencies. Basically when I try to eat something that's not part of my very small group of safe foods my body tries to reject it. I gagg hyperventilate puke. I swallow peas like pills to get them into my stomach then try to not puke them up.

Remember frequency is important not always quantities keep at it. And your tummy will hurt 🤕 it's okay little bits at a time. Don't beat yourself up over one time just think of every mini meal as a new chance okay 👌! No pressure that's the biggest thing no pressure stress as little as possible ☺️. Put as few emotions together with eating as possible eating is what we do to fuel our body's and that's good 👍. Our bodies Need and Deserve food. You are awesome and deserving okay I believe in you! 😀 You got this!
