From your past posts, it seems like you're doing the right things. Unlike many others, you are pretty close to your goal, and I know that the last pounds are the hardest to lose. You are doing great and developing healthy habits. That is the most important part.

I'm trying to believe! I'm 53 so I have the (probably BS) old wives tale))? "Can't lose weight after 50/menopause". I'm not going to stop until I cross the finish line! I love this group and app! You didn't have become fun like a game and I really have enjoyed the process. Now I just need to up my walking game! I really think that's going to be the thing that helps me achieve the subcutaneous fat loss. 🤞

I lose weight slowly. I can get back 1000 calories and not see much movement on the scale.
