The past couple days have been showing 145 so I will record to see the difference since trying a flexitarian diet, fish, seafood, minimal dairy and trying out tofu. I made my own concoction of a bean cake today which tasted great incorporating cocoa, nuts, and beans as well as peanut butter. A winner with all the healthy ingredients. I am looking forward to yet another way of eating more healthy.
