Would like to get below 300 lbs by the end of the summer. Am going to implement 2500 calorie per day diet with 5 meals of approx 500 calories each. Am also going to incorporate daily exercise of about -500 calories net (3 hours walking at 2 mph) into my routine. That will yield about 2000 calories intake after deducting exercise for the day. My recommended RDI to maintain my weight is 3500 calories, but I think that I am only using about 3000 a day.
I would like the weight loss to be healthy rate but steady, at about 2-2.5 lbs/week.
