All is going good. I actually resisted temptation on my work duty last night. Was offered a hot dog right off the grill and chips, etc etc. AND I said no. Now if I smelled the hot dog (it was wrapped up) and saw it cooking there might have been a different outcome. But I am proud of myself for the resistance and for being in the realization that 'no this is not what my body needs right now', since I initially, out of habit started to reach for the packages but caused myself to THINK about it!
