I can’t believe it to be honest! I went over my calorie allowance 4/6 of the days this last week, but I did make sure to fast/ cut calories those other 2 days to balance it out and keep my weekly average caloric intake where it’s supposed to be and it still paid off! I’m very grateful. It makes me think of the research I’ve done on having an endomorph body type (like I have) and how rotating high carb and low carb days is an excellent way for weight loss. Not sure if I unintentionally tapped into that. I also exercised this week by playing tennis 🎾 for an hour yesterday. So not sure if that helped balance it out? Because I don’t yet exercise. But I am very grateful! Here’s to 155 next week! 28 lbs down and 16 more to go! I can feel my hip bones again (no longer surrounded by fat) and my tummy is finally being eaten. 🥰 Feeling good! Thank God 🙏🏽 And looking forward to the rest of this journey. 💪
